How to set up quick replies on WhatsApp?

In WhatsApp Business App:

  1. Go to Settings > Business Tools > Quick replies
  2. Tap the + icon
  3. Create a message with text, images, or attachments
  4. Set a keyboard shortcut starting with "/"
  5. Tap Save

To use a quick reply in any chat, type "/" and select your saved message. You can store up to 50 quick replies for frequently used responses like pricing, store hours, shipping policies, or thank-you messages. For more advanced automation, connect the WhatsApp Business API to a chatbot builder like Typebot instead.
