How do I enable the reply option in WhatsApp?

To enable auto-replies in WhatsApp Business:

  1. Open the WhatsApp Business App
  2. Tap More options (⋮) > Business tools
  3. Select Away message or Greeting message
  4. Toggle the switch on
  5. Tap the message text to edit it
  6. Choose your recipients (all customers, everyone not in your address book, or everyone except selected contacts)
  7. For away messages, set your business hours schedule
